'Interplanetary' Craft Workshop[spacer height="20px"]
Step into a world of imagination and exploration in this creative space and time travel–themed workshop for children aged 6+. Designed for up to 15 participants, this hands-on session invites young artists to journey beyond the stars through making, building, and collaborative play.[spacer height="20px"]
Using cardboard as a base, children will create both 2D and 3D planets, transforming them with paint, collage, and a variety of mixed-media materials. Introducing simple weaving techniques, participants will add texture and detail to their planetary designs, encouraging both fine motor skills and creative experimentation.[spacer height="20px"]
The workshop emphasises teamwork and shared storytelling, culminating in a large collective artwork that reflects each child’s contribution. The final piece will be displayed at the arts centre, celebrating the group’s creativity and imagination.[spacer height="20px"]
